Guess what, you're not alone. During some point each day many home based entrepreneurs just like you find themselves wondering if they will ever complete the long list of to do that keeps growing or just be able to get back on task with a positive mental attitude.
Below is a simple reflective exercise that can help you get in tune and moving forward in 60 seconds or less. It's called the me/body check in.
How to do the Me/Body Check In
- Stop what you are doing, stand up, close your eyes.
- On a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being totally distracted and overwhelmed and 10 being completely focused and grounded, where are you? This is your "me" number.
- On a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being I physically feel horrible and out of sync and 10 being I feel great, where are you?
